The HSIE faculty at Hornsby Girls High School is responsible for the teaching of:

  • Years 7-10 Geography and Commerce

  • Year 9-10 Commerce and Elective History (optional)

  • Year 11-12 (Higher School Certificate) Ancient History, Business Studies, Economics, Geography, History Extension (Year 12 only) Legal Studies, Modern History and Society and Culture. Additionally, some Year 10 students may be accelerated in either Ancient History or Geography.
